Open Domains → My Domains and click a domain:
- Domain information - registration and expiry dates. The expiry date is the one that matters: after it the domain stops working, taking the website and email with it.
- Auto Renew - when on, we issue an invoice ahead of the date and renew the domain once it is paid. For any domain that matters, on.
- Nameservers - who answers DNS for the domain. Change them only when moving DNS to another provider.
- Manage DNS Records - the record editor, when the domain uses our nameservers.
- Registrar Lock - blocks transfers to another registrar. Leave it on.
- ID Protection - keeps your details out of public WHOIS (where the registry allows it).
- Get EPP Code - the transfer code, for when you deliberately move the domain.
Renewal is an ordinary invoice: it appears under Billing → Invoices before the date, and paying it renews the domain. Pay a few days early - a bank transfer needs time to clear.
